Money still not reflecting

Hi, can someone from Betway please assist me with a EFT my husband made to his Betway account last night. Money is still not reflecting. Been trying to speak to one of the consultants no one is answering. Thanks Natalie

Hi. My money is not reflecting again. No one is answering on Chat line. I emailed a copy of proof of payment ect. and still waiting!!
