Money just disappears - I have no amnesia nor do I sleep walk, I know how much I had as a balance

I have a complaint. Last night I slept with a balance of R920, this morning when I woke up I was on 0.01. Then I chat with Keoagile and let him of how unfair this is. My transactions say I played the games but I did not as I was asleep at that time. When I woke up, to my amazement I am left with 0.01 balance. I then deposited and played, taking my winnings upto R3100. My data got finished and I put away my phone and napped, when I woke up after putting in data I see that my money is now on R1000 something. What happened to the R2100? I went to transactions it says I played, when because I didnt have data and I was napping at that time. I do not suffer from amnesia, I dont sleep walk, I know amounts that I had as balances, twice they disappeared. No one else uses my phone and has access to it nor my passwords. Do Betway play the games for us while we sleep or deduct money because they think we have amnesia or we sleep walk? I am realy amazed at how money can just disappear like that and a ghost plays while im asleep. I am escalating this as I am not getting any pleasure and appetite from the team in sorting out this mater.
