Money dispeared out of account

I am very very upset. I went to bed the precious night after winning on Aviator. This morning woke up and my account was litterally Empty. Only 3c in my betway account. Where did my money go. I tried contacting them. Chat you get no response. Calls you dont get through. There is no help whatsoever. All I want to know is where did my money dissapear to because I didnt withdraw nor did I play any games or make any bets. How does ones money disapear out of your account overnight. This is becoming a ****. I stil am waiting to get help and answers on where my money went. How can betway just take away my money. You go to bed and wake up to play only to get to an account of R0.03. I WANT ANSWERS BETWAY
