Money Disappearing

I enjoy the Betway platform, I do, this review is specific to this matter. Ever since Saturday by their own admission there has been some form of glitch with the betting, you bet an amount but it deducts more than that, then it adds some back and then deducts more and even more, which meant your account balance runs out quickly. I realize this Sunday evening and engage them via live chat, the agent Dikgang was very helpful and assured me the traders are looking into it and affected accounts are being refunded, I can follow up via their support email address if no resolve. This evening I send the email, the automated response from the email is that the mailbox is not live or being monitored, so rather live chat, which I do. I inform the agent that this is a follow up on the previous night's issue I have lodged, you wait 6 or so minutes for responses, eventually was told they are awaiting feedback from product support and an agent will contact and advise me with feedback. I surely hope I am not going to contact in another 24 hours and be told that it is still being looked into...
