I prematurely rated a great service I got as I was promised that I will get my money back in 24 to 48hrs it's been more than a week. When I called again to ask what is happening I was told my query has not been attended to yet. I am so disappointed as to the kids I was told initially. Can betway sort this out as I've explained that the money is my mother's and I need it
