Locked account with withdrawal pending
I made a withdrawal of R7450 on the 27th of August and I still have not received the funds. When I checked my account on the 28th I was surprised to see my account had been locked. I received no communication as to why it’s been locked and I have tried calling numerous times waiting for over an hour, I have tried the live chat and emailing and no response. This is extremely frustrating as I urgently need those funds.
