Locked Account and winnings

Hello Peter Please can you investigate Betway, I bought a voucher on the 25th of March 2022 and did some online house racing bets .Which I won quite well and I went on to withdraw a portion of my winnings and went on to bet even bigger and winning lots more but before i could withdraw Betway locked my account..on the 27th of March..I was tole to send my Fica documents and my account will be open within 72 hours ..it's now 5 weeks and my account is still locked and today I'm tole by the manager Latoya that I only have R5 in my account . Betway is coming up with all kinds of excuses not to open my account and for me to withdraw my winnings. I do have screen grabs of my winnings from Betway..please Help
