Locked account after being hacked but my account was used

Hello. I'm so disappointed with betway. On Tuesday I send them message that my account was hacked then the consultant reversed the money in to my account and locked my account. But today when they unlock my account I found out that the was a person who used my money to play the game on Wednesday but my account was locked I couldn't login how do that happen when the account is locked.
