Live chat and app

Reason am rating Betway 1 I had a problem yesterday with deposit not reflecting on my account. I then opted for live chat it really sucks you wait long in the queue to be assisted please make live chat experience better by improving on the time spent waiting for the agent. The app also sucks before I thought it was the phone I was using then then bought a new phone Honor X6 but this when I login the app still has glitches.. It freeze alot making betting hard I love Betway but I have to check other betting sites just to place a bet cause of the app freezing too much. Please fix your APP!!
