Lack of information and time wasters

I have been playing on betway for a few weeks now, but friday night i loaded a voucher and i won some money, i did a withdrawal request but nothing was processed....Saturday morning i spoke to the support live chat group to hear my account is in standard review and i must wait 24 to 48 hours. Today i followed up again to hear there is no time to the review as it has no time line....The money i have won i cant withdraw due to this review and no one can say why my account is under review. The chat consultants dont answer anything they just say allow time to pass. I am not getting the right information on what is going on and why. So all my winnings are not being paid out till the review has been done. I will not recommend anyone to play betway.
