I received a great customer service from Karabo M. I was on live chat on betway for feedback with regards for an account I requested them to close. I explain my case to Karabo M, he did not understand and he request my number and gave me a call. I explained my case and he understands that my problem does not need me to close an account. He solved my case with 1 hour. Thank you Karabo M from Betway for such a great service and taking your time to give me a call.
