Karabo from Bomb squad- client account locked
So I called because my account was locked, couldn't log in then I met this amazing soul named Karabo from the Bomb squad. I must say he was very kind and helpful ,even though he told me that my account was permanently locked,but I didn't feel the pain because of how he delivered it. He was very friendly and made me laugh through my problem, I know my account is locked but I still hope that I can use it someday because of Karabo's wonderful service
