Thank you for reaching out.
For the Everton vs Liverpool match you selected the betting market the "Liverpool No Bet". The market focuses on two possible outcomes: a Draw or a Win for the opposing team (Everton). Should Liverpool win the match, the selection is considered void.
Since you selected the "Draw", your bet required a stalemate for a standard payout. However, because Liverpool won the match, the "No Bet" condition was triggered. This option provides a strategic layer of protection, allowing you to back an alternative result while eliminating the risk of a loss if the designated team (Liverpool) secures a victory.
We value you trust and are committed to ensuring every bet is settled fairly.
