It has been a nightmare trying to get in touch with someone in the customer services to help with issues regarding my account and withdrawing my winnings until Lebogang. She has been the ONLY person who not just listened, but followed through and regularly updated me on the progress on their end. I pray and hope all their reps learn from her.
