Invalid 1voucher pin

In the morning I withdrew 1voucher which was R274.00 but when I load the voucher it says voucher pin invalid.I have been trying all day to get help from Betway on their social media but no help at all

As advised the 1 voucher app was downloaded and when adding the voucher then it said "the voucher you entered has been already been used, please use another voucher pin". My question is who used it. please assist.

Today we called 1for you regarding the voucher which was withdrawn (R274.00) and the consultant told us the voucher was topped up on Hollywoodbet account on the 18/11/2025. I did not receive nor topped up the voucher. Betway please assist
