INVALID 1FORYOU VOUCHER PIN

I have made a 1FORYOU withdrawal of R200 with Betway on 07 Sept 2024. They then sent me a voucher that does not work. I then went on their chats spoke to so many agent who kept telling me that they wil resolved but even today I'm still not able to use my voucher as it keeps saying it is Invalid. Yesterday I went on their live charts again and they said They are not able to reverse 1FORYOU voucher so I must contact 1FORYOU directly. Now here the issue I contacted them and they requested a Reference Number for that voucher but Betway failed to give me. Instead I was sent another SMS with the same 1FORYOU voucher pin but there's no reference. So tell me how am I supposed to enquire when Betway can't even produce a payment reference for their voucher.
