Incorrect email address

I am so appauled by the service i got from one of your agent called Mamsy, the lady was so rude and has an attitude. I called Betway to report that someone is using my email address without my knowledge, I told her I dont know the person and i dont know where they got my email address, she had a nerve to tell me that she cant assist me and I must go look for that person who is using my email address even after I told her that I dont know the person...Someone better call me and resolve this fast as this is ridiculous, I asked for a call ref and Mamsy said they dont have call records, funny enough when you call it clearly says all calls are recorded...Betway you better call me ASAP...I DONT HAVE A Betway account...
