Incompetence
In 2024 I had an issue with my account and a withdrawal that couldn't be processed. For months now my account is constantly locked for no reason. The live chat option is useless as you wait decades for an agent who doesn't appear and the chat automatically ends with no one assisting. Tried sending an email to *** just for them to respond and say the email address I'm sending from can't be found linked to any account however it's the email address I've always used to communicate and it's the exact email address I used when I registered. I sent additional information regarding my account, my personal details and there's still no response from them. What is actually going on here????
