I'm torn between expressing my disappointment with Betway's overall service and praising the exceptional efforts of Tony, one of their agents. Unfortunately, my experience with Betway has been marred by several issues, including altered wagers, delayed payouts,not once ,not twice But Tony has been a shining star. He has consistently kept his promises, providing regular updates and demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving my issues. His calm and composed demeanor, even in the face of pressure, is truly commendable. While Tony's efforts have managed to address half of my problems, I still believe Betway has a long way to go in improving their overall service.
