ID VERIFICATION TAKING LONGER THAN IT SAYS
It has been more than 4 days now waiting for my account to be verified but still nothing has happened. Your website says it usually takes 24 to 48 hours but it has not been verified

Our FICA team are currently inundated with requests, hence the prolonged vetting of your document – word received regarding the actual document is that the names differ from what’s registered on the Betway Account, for this reason, our FICA team cannot onboard the account at this stage. The account details are captured as T. Pakoe and the document received belongs to C.M Phakoe, we do ask for clarity and need the correct document.
