I won money and I want it.

On the 15th of March I played betway and I won R15000 and deposited it into my FNB eazy zero account, i had forgotten that in the account i can only deposit less than R14000 . I called fnb and told them they said the money bounced back because of the limit,the fnb eazy zero does not accept money which is more than R14000,so I told betway they said the money was successfully paid and they even provided me with the proof of payment. It's been a month now and Betway representatives called me on Saturday 13th and told me that there is nothing they can do about it.
