I rate Brandon super excellent customer service skills. He helped to close a quiry that has been hanging for a month unresolved. The quiry was solved satisfactorily he even gave me a reference number to follow-up processes. Something that was not given before. I applaud the care and wisdom he put in solving the problem which I started enquiring on the 30 December 2023. He singled solve within thirty minutes successfully and efficiently to his best ability. Service well done 🙏
