I need my acc to be activated

I'm so very unhappy with betways service I have been trying for months to activate my acc but till today noone has assist me ,I have tried to call almost R200 airtime gone cause of holding for an agent ,I sended several emails but no response,not even to mention the live chats there's just no one that avails themselves it's a dead end
