I made a mistake and accidentally transferred funds into a wrong account so I called Betway customer service to get help with my issue and I spoke to such an amazing guy called Phumlani. He was very helpful. Not only did he help me with my issue, but he was very kind, polite and well spoken. He talked me through everything, he was very patient with me and told me what I needed to do to get the issue solved. Because of his professionalism and friendly demeanor, I feel confident and such at ease about my situation. He really took all my stress away. It was such a pleasure talking to him.
