I have been using Betway South Africa for many months and I have been winning, I love betting and Betway was my favourite bookie. I never had problems with withdrawals before. I was happy with Betway. But since 02/09/2026 my experience changed completely. My R2800 withdrawal was ******. It was sent as 3 vouchers: R1000 Instant Money, R850 Instant Money and R950 1Voucher. All 3 said already redeemed at ATM, I did not withdraw them. I have emailed Betway many times since that day and they are ignoring me, no response at all. This is not fair. Now I am scared to use my account because on 14/09/2026 I woke up to a Betway OTP I never requested, someone is still trying to hack my account. I am scared to lose more money. I feel unsafe and I feel like Betway does not care about ***** victims. I just want my R2800 back and my account secured. I have been a loyal customer but this ***** experience has made me scared to bet again. Please help me Betway.
