I have been treated very badly on betway Yesterday they sent me a voucher that has been ready used

  • The voucher states that it has already been used and I have never redeemed it...I received the 1foryou vpucher withdrawal at 5:am today and @ 7am today I tried to redeem it and it states that it has already been used

We have tried reaching out to you, sadly to no avail. 

Kindly note in order to use the same withdrawal voucher, you would need to redeem it on the Fash App.

How the 1FOR You voucher method works is as follows:
 
-You will be sent an sms to your Betway Mobile number and you will get a Message in your Message Inbox via your Betway Account (You will need to log in to your Betway account for you to view the message).
 
-The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, however you are able to make purchases with the voucher from any of the Flash partners listed in the 1FORYOU Partner Network
 
-Furthermore on the App you are able to make purchases and/or payments. E.g. You can pay your DSTV account, you can buy airtime, date and even electricity directly from the 1FORYOU downloaded App

And if the issue is not resolved im afraid I have to take this matter further because when you guys take our money its just simple but when we have to withdraw the money there are complications which is not fair
