I had an issue with my account that saw me locked out and couldn’t access my deposit. Tony from BetwayCare was phenomenal, he gave me assurance and worked hard to see my frustrating situation resolved! I must add that over the time I spoke to different agents and all gave amazing customer service… the only pushback I’d give is the process of resolving issues like mine could be more diligent and efficient.
