I had a problem with unauthorized withdrawals happening on my account. I reported this and my account was locked. I struggled for two months to get my account opened and the service from the customer service team was really bad. I am giving the 5 stars to Rudzani M because he went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved after 2 months of going back and forth with multiple people in the customer service team. He called me directly more than once to update me and assist me after I had struggled with everyone else. I was ready to close my account and I am only staying on as a customer because of him.
