I did initially have a bad experience with some of the online chat consultants as they are not very friendly and helpful, however I would like to provide positive feedback about a customer care agent by the name of Karabo M. He was helpful, friendly , empathetic and ensured me he was there to assist me. He went over and above his duty and guided me properly through the process. He provided me a good customer experience overall and hence I would give betway a rating of 4 stars based on the agent.
