I can't withdraw my funds

I am extremely disappointed with the way Betway has handled my withdrawal. Since Monday, 5 October 2026, my withdrawal has been stuck, and as of today, 10 October 2026, I still have not received my money. I have tried to resolve this issue by reversing the withdrawal and even changing my banking details to another bank, but nothing has worked. My money is still outstanding, and I have been left frustrated by the lack of resolution. As a customer, I find this unacceptable. Withdrawing my own money should not be such a stressful and time-consuming process. I should not have to keep trying different solutions without receiving my funds. I want Betway to investigate this matter urgently, provide a clear explanation for the delay, and release my outstanding funds as soon as possible.
