i cannot withdraw my winnings

i have been trying to withdraw funds from my *** account since 28/09/2026.after 3days, the funds go back into my *** account with no explanation of why i am unable to withdraw.when i call the 24/7 customer service line, i hold for over 45minutes until my airtime runs out. i have sent an e-mail to ***, and have not received any response. at this point i want to withdraw all my money.i am no longer interested in gambling on their platform
