Hi, I want to submit a complaint about Betway South Africa
Hi, I want to submit a complaint about Betway South Africa. *What happened:* On 15 May 2026 at 15:24 I was logged into my Betway account playing Hit Bar Gold. During that same session, 2 bets were placed on Aviator from my account that I didn’t authorize. I contacted Betway live chat. Agent “Naledi” agreed it looked compromised but refused to refund R66, saying account safety is my responsibility. They didn’t check login logs or investigate. I have screenshots of my Hit Bar session, the Aviator bets, and the chat with Betway. *What I want:* Investigation and refund of R66 for unauthorized bets. Can you help me post this as a review? -
