appreciate the good service that I recieved from Zanele,she was soo patient with me,i had a problem with the voucher for several days I couldn't withdraw the money,the first day I spoke to her,I told her that I have been calling several times I don't get help,she said I must not call anymore,she will call me,she will follow up my query until it is resolved,she even went to the supervisor in order to ensure that I am helped,she promised that she will give me a feedback everyday indeed I received the feedback everyday,since I was assisted by her,my query only took 2 days to be resolved,when I received the money,still she called to find out if I have received the money,she was soo happy that I am sorted,big up Zanele,you are the best dear keep up the good work,what you did to me please also do it to others,I wish everyone who has got a problem can be assisted by you,all the best in your career,may all the blessings be upon you dear
