Good Customer Service

Hi, I have changed my rating to 4 stars for the assistance i got from Koketso. I had a problem with withdrawals and she was able to escalate the issue to her manager and call me back on the same day. She explained to me what the issue was and on the same day the money was deposited into my account. This had been a pending issue for 1 month. I had spoken many call agents over the one month period without getting any resolution. I would like to commend her for good customer service by doing what she promised she would do.
