Funds Unfairly taken by Betway

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and unfair tactics employed by Betway in order to unfairly gain revenue/income.

Not just once but a multiple of times has Betway taken my money unfairly and only to be told there was no error on their side. I placed a Wager on their Aviator game a number of times, their system/game gave me an error: 'This bet has already been placed' then my money disappears and when I went to their chat and called the call centre (after being assisted by an *********** agent named Tebogo) I was told they only host the game and cannot refund me my money.

This has happened numerous times and have not had joy after speaking to Betway.

Is this how Betway maximize their revenue by being unfair and not delivering on what they promise and in accordance to their rules.??? 🥹
