FORMAL COMPLAINT – BETWAY ACCOUNT LOCKED
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance from Betway. My account has been locked, and I have already sent an email but received no response. I also called your support line and was kept on hold for over 18 minutes without assistance.
I urgently need my account to be activated. Please investigate this matter and provide me with a clear response and resolution as soon as possible.
