FICA UPLOAD
I'm utterly disappointed with this company. I can't upload and documents needed for FICA. You wait over 30 minutes on the chat just for them to say they haven't heard from you in a long time 2 minutes after they respond. I sent an email to their FICA department and guess what?No response nothing has been processed and again waiting over 30 minutes on chat. Utterly disappointed
