Fica documents and Withdrawal Pending
Betway is not to be trusted seriously with your money In the account, the customer services are poor and it always undermine the customer when you want help with certain issues..
When you submit ID documents and other supporting documents they took long time to approve those documents they will tell you to wait 24 hours after that nothing happens no approval, when you talk to them about it the will tell you to wait for another 48 hours for the documents to be approved but still will not be approved..
Betway service sucks big time they make people loose money in the name of fica your account, even though you fica account they took their time to approve withdrawal also...

31 May 2025, 13:44I've been patient enough with this matter because now it's been more than 48 hours nothing is happening regarding this fica documents approval that I've sent to Betway not now they are telling me same lies that I must for another 48 hours for my documents to be approved. Now I've had enough your services are so poor we can't be complain wit same over and over again but you don't do anything to resolve those issues..
