Extremely Frustrating Withdrawal Experience

I am very disappointed with my experience on Betway. After winning and attempting to withdraw my funds, my withdrawals keep getting reversed without clear explanation. This has happened multiple times, and it is extremely frustrating.

I have followed the required withdrawal process, yet the funds are returned to my betting account instead of being paid out. The lack of transparency and proper communication regarding why the reversals are happening is concerning.

When customers win, they should be able to access their money without unnecessary delays or repeated reversals. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the platform.

I hope Betway addresses this issue urgently and improves their withdrawal process, because at the moment, this has been a very negative experience.
