Extremely Dissapointed with Betway
I am so utterly disappointed with Betway, i thought they would be better to other online gambling companies. I put a bet (***) were i bet on the New York Yankees to win, indeed they won 8-7 and to my suprise they settled it as a draw hence i lost. How come? and getting the helpdesk is a nightmare especially the annoying chat and *********** staff that always escalate really!!! Today bet *** was following the match when everything locked hence i could not cash out after about 15min of refreshing my play lost I mean seriously. When i speak with a consultant by the name Lehlohonolo he says i must google and complain to the gambling board..Is this how you treat you customers?
