Extremely Disappointing Withdrawal Experience – Betway South Africa
I am extremely disappointed with Betway South Africa’s service. I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for over a week now, and every single withdrawal request gets reversed back into my account after days of waiting.
I have spent the entire week calling customer support and following all instructions given. Despite providing all required details and completing all verification requests, I am still unable to withdraw my money. The agents keep making false promises and giving misleading feedback, which only adds to the frustration.
One agent advised me to check again the following day, implying the issue would be resolved, only for another agent to later say that the withdrawal is “still under review” with no ETA at all. This clearly shows a lack of consistency, transparency, and honesty in their customer service.
There have been no valid reasons provided for the repeated reversals, and the constant back-and-forth has been shocking. Holding onto customers’ winnings without clear explanations or timelines is unacceptable.
This experience has completely damaged my trust in Betway. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this platform, as withdrawing your own money appears to be unnecessarily difficult and poorly handled.
Extremely disappointed.

A customer service representative, T.Y., personally assisted me and assured me that my account review was being treated as a priority. True to her word, just a few hours later I received good news confirming that my account was fully in order.
What stood out the most was the prompt feedback, clear communication, and strong sense of accountability throughout the process. I was kept informed and reassured at every stage, which made the entire experience stress-free and professional.
