Hi there,,, I give 5 stars for the excellent service from betway, and especially to TONY!!!, who gave me a call from betway, and sorted the issue for me, I'm very grateful for your help and customer service is very welcoming, and friendly, and approachable, positive energy, willingness, and very thankful for finally unlocking my account, after months of struggling, and I had to come to HELLO PETER, to get results,,,,due to the poor service I got from some of your support agents,,,who doesn't even sound to be in any mood or even willing to help,,,I would just say they lazy, and customer support services is definitely not for some "support agents", I would recommend that you look into that,,,and get more support agents like "TONY", with that friendly,positive energy, and enthusiasm and willingness to help, your customers in needing a support agent,,," Doing actually customer services", other than that, Thanks once again to Agent, " TONY ", and Betway...
