Enjoyed alot, till they need to help you then they just don't care at all

Enjoyed playing on betway but more than 2weeks ago there were suspicious activity on my account while i was playing. So i contacted live chat because someone was trying to withdraw my money, while i was playing. They even disabled the reverse withdrawal. Luckily the agent got it back but then he said he is going to put my account in a cool off lock for 48hrs,but after that i will be fine i can log in then and play again. Well guess what it has been over 2weeks now. I have called them no feed back and live chat, what live chat? You sit for hours and wait and no one helps you. I've emailed them. Just no response. Why is that? You seriously need to make a change. But i quess you don't really care, seeing that almost all of the reviews are almost like mine.
