Good day
Please assist me, Betway doesn't want to pay my winnings everytime I withdraw and they telling me it's because of FICA. I've probably sent FICA documents 6 times now on this email *** from July 2021, Colour ID photo, confirmation letter from FNB bank reflecting my Address which was made 6 weeks ago (not expired) and photos of my card back and front and when I speak to them on Facebook they telling me that they didn't receive any FICA from me. I have all the proof from my emails and I know how FICA works because I my self have been a FICA consultant. All my documents are legit and have not expired.

Is there anywhere else I can report Betway, yesterday I logged a complaint here and received an email from Grant(Floor Manager) telling me that he will be dealing with my case and that he will call me today. I have resent all my FICA documents to him and to *** and when I ask for feedback on Facebook I'm told he is on leave and someone will contact me shortly. This happened in the morning and Even now I'm waiting to be contacted. This has been happening for over 3 months now and their customer services is the worst. Where can I take this further ? They not even committing to their promises of calling complainants.
