Disgusted and disappointed
Another review of poor service by Betway. I loaded my account via EFT on 30-09-20 but have still not had my account topped up with the funds. Live chat never works, their whatsapp number is useless to say the least and calling them gets you nowhere. I emailed support twice and have not received a response, I've emailed EFT support as well and still await a response... I don't think I'll be using their service again, as someone who works in the service industry I am disgusted at their level of service...or should I say a lack thereof
