Disappointing site

Very very bad service and treatment from so called Betway agents. I made a request for withdrawal on Betway at about 01:00 and the status indicated that it would take up to 6 hours for the funds to appear in my account. But it's now been more than 10 hours and the withdrawal is still stuck. The live chat agents tell me that funds will only be processed by Tuesday, imagine that. It's Sunday and I'm told I will only get my money by Tuesday, really now???
