Disappointed with service and lack of follow up !! FICA /CUSTOMER SERVICE

So here I am again, about the same complaint!!! I submitted my fica documents way before I got married and they weren’t processed. I wrote a review and someone named Tony( I think) called me and promised to have everything sorted out . I sent my docs again and was asked to send my marriage cert on Thursday, I did . was asked very nicely to have the review removed since it’ll all be sorted out , BUT here we are … I’m still waiting. Sent emails to fica and Customer service and Nothing !!! So please don’t call me again , just FIX this !!!
