Disappointed in Betway!!!

I am so disappointed with Betway,it has been over 3weeks now that they have been giving me a run around with regards to my withdrawals and i am soo exhausted at this point.

Firstly i had my account for years and i have previously received payouts on the account and it was verified. Three weeks ago i deposited funds on the account like i usually do and i played with over the amount i had deposited which is what i was advised preciously,i did a withdrawal of my winnings and waited 48 hours but no payment was received.i then called in and was told that we can see u wagered the necessary amount but what we need is for you to verify your account by sending documents and everything should be sorted out in 48 hours and that's what i did. Four days later i called again when i noticed no payment and i was told you needed to call us so we can process the payment manually so i said okay im calling you now and i was told to wait between 24-48 hours for payment to reflect as all doc's were approved and then i waited,mind you this is going for the 2nd week now. After 48 hours i logged on to my account and noticed that the funds were returned for me to play again then i withdrew immediately and called in ,i was told that the account is back to a standard review and when I asked what for exactly as i did everything i was asked to do and the agent told me she cant say as it doesn't show all she knows is that its under review and doesn't know how long it will take and that i would receive an email once done. I then waited a week, frustrated cause i feel that somewhere someone doesn't know what they are doing and the lack of communication and consideration.after a week i decided to call once again and i was told the same thing that its still under review no one is telling me what for and how long i still have to wait but the funny thing is that even though im unable to withdraw my money it still allows me to continue to play as they constantly reversing it,so today which is 3weeks later i have played again ,exceeded my wagering amount and tried to withdraw again and im sooo tired of calling as i have called again yesterday!!!

Can someone who knows what they are doing please explain to me what is going on because if im not getting this money back i just want to stop wasting my damn time whereas i could be doing something else and my money on frequent calls with high call volume!
