Disappointed customer

I requested withdrawal on Thursday at 12 am morning of 2500 standard Bank instant until now I haven't received anything .Today at 12 again I requested withdrawal of 1500 Nedbank instant I haven't received anything.Take note these are separate withdrawal.i tried to communicate with live chat that agent left the chat without telling me why it's taking forever to be paid my winnings.its so frustrating.
