Disappointed by the poor service.

It's all fun and games when you're losing money with Betway. So much so that even if you win, they'll still show a loss for you and fail to assist you if you query it with them.

I placed a bet on the 18/07/2020 that then came back as a loss.

I queried the validity of the loss from the 21/07/2020 onwards on different platforms and to this very day, I've gotten no answers. The closest I came to an answer was when I was told a "Relevant Department" would check my slip.
